Electrical Engineer

Our team, with an area of expertise in Gas Turbines Power Plants development is looking for a System Responsible Engineer for High Voltage equipment and Low Voltage equipment. 

 

We are looking for people who have extensive technical competence in electrical construction and want to immerse yourself technically in your work. In your role, you will take full responsibility for your work area and for customer order projects. 

Your main tasks mean that in delivery and development projects you are responsible for design and technical issues regarding different types of systems that occur in power plants, e.g. switchgear, generators, relay protection, control equipment and battery systems. 

Production of cost data, technical support for the sales side and support for the aftermarket are also included in your work tasks. When the work is performed on an international market, there are trips in the service.

The work will mainly be carried out in our engineering database COMOS with document management in Teamcenter.

As a system responsible you will carry the following tasks:

  • High voltage side - define main equipment, define interlocking and protection, configure settings of equipment for following equipment types, but not limited to Generator circuit breakers, Generator relay protection, HV Switchgear, HV Сubicles 

  • Low voltage - define main equipment, configure MCC/VFD cabinets, configure settings of equipment for Gas Turbine package and its auxiliary systems. 

  • Procurement support 

  • Project cost control 

  • Sales support

To join our team candidate should be able to fluently communicate in English. 

Working schedule - standard 40 hours working week.

Amount of the reward will be agreed after the interview with candidate. 

Probation period is 3 months.

Required skills:

  1. Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

  2. Working experience is 3 years

  3. Fluent English

  4. Experience in complex electrical design, good understanding of P&IDs, SLDs, Circuit Diagrams etc.

  5. Knowledge how to perform electrical calculations

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Responsibility, accuracy, carefulness, can-do attitude

  8. Ability to work with many incoming tasks and requests

  9. Ability to work in developing circumstances

  10. Working experience with COMOS and Teamcenter is an advantage
